1. Greenlane is becoming 8TK. What does that mean?
We are changing our name to 8TK over the next few months. Nothing about your account changes. Same wallet, same balance, same team. The app, your emails, and support are still Greenlane for now. You will only see 8TK on your new card until the full switch later this year.
2. Why does my card say 8TK?
We have started sending members our latest fuel card, which carries our new name, 8TK. If you received a replacement card, it works the same way your old Greenlane card did.
3. I signed up with Greenlane but got an 8TK card. Is it real or a scam?
It is real. We are sending members our latest fuel card with our new name, 8TK. Keep it. It is tied to your account. Activate it and use it like normal.
4. Does this change my account or balance?
No. Your wallet and balance stay the same. Only the name is changing.
5. Which name should I use, Greenlane or 8TK?
Greenlane for now. The app, emails, and support are still Greenlane. You will only see 8TK on your new card until the full switch later this year.
6. When will Greenlane switch to 8TK?

7. What if I have issues at the fuel desk? What should I do?
